"This statefarm agency is by far the best that i have ever experienced and everything starts with agent Nick Fincham who himself eat breathe and live customer service and extremely nice and polite and very helpful and always go extra mile to take care of clients and same goes for Amy who displays same qualities as Nick.I would like to particularly mention Cindy Nino and Preston Coleman who in my humble opinion are the finest of finest and best of best insurance agents that i have ever seen.Cindy and Prestom has off the chart customer service skills and off the wall communication and people's skills and both are extremely sharp also about the insurance business.Some people are only good with customer service but are not good when it comes to work but both Cindy Nino and Preston Coleman are superb as far as customer service is concerned but unbelievably sharp and intelligent about insurance business also and i was in awe of their knowledge and expertise about insurance business because every question or concerns i had they already had the answer and solutions before i could finish my questions.Cindy and Preston are also great listeners and do not cut you off and give you all the time to address your questions and concerns and then come up with suggestions and solutions and they helped me immensely to save money and increase my benefits and coverages and explained every aspect in detail and never forced me to do anything against my wishes.I will strongly urge folks to call this agent office and experience the world class customer service of Cindy Nino and Preston Coleman and be on the receiving end of once in a life time world class customer servic experience and unbelieveable knowledge of insurance business.Thank you Cindy and Preston for treating me with respect dignity and class and treating me like your own families and made me customer for life."

"I am one who CONSTANTLY looks for good coverage, but also good prices. I worked with Cymbre and man, let me tell you…she’s phenomenal. We first worked together years ago in attempt to get me a policy with State Farm, but the numbers didn’t make sense and so it didn’t happen. I’m glad we stayed in touch, because she was able to provide multiple options with better coverage and lower rates for my home and autos.
